Well, not exactly, but despite a relatively warm day on the 31st (more about that later), the last 13 days of March averaged just about normal while the first 18 days (despite the fact that the two coldest days of the month were on the 3rd and 4th) were over 5 degrees above normal on average. The month as a whole was about 3 degrees above normal, making it the 5th consecutive month at least that warm, the longest such streak since we had 8 in a row from October 2011 to May 2012. The chances of the current streak continuing appear to be slim, as April has come in like a lion.
